A wander round my home town and its stories. Sandbach was built on salt and lorries: Murgatroyd's, Brunner Mond, the salt works, and of course Foden's and ERF.
Along the way you pass the Old Hall, the Saxon Crosses on the cobbles, Scotch Common and Pipers Hollow, and pick up the Wheelock Rail Trail. There's a stop at Stabbers Bridge, and the tale of the Moston dragon, said to be the last dragon seen in England.
