Bradwall & Elworth 7.5 miles - Including Dingle Wood, Filter Bed Wood, Coronation Wood, Brook Wood & St Mary’s Dell

Today we’re heading out to Bradwall and back via Elworth using Dingle wood and Filter Bed Wood on the way out and Coronation wood, Brook wood and St Mary’s dell on the way back. 

The Route

Starting from the Cobbles in Sandbach we head down Crown bank and Church Street joining Dingle Wood at the corner of Bath street. We pass through Dingle wood then cross the road and enter Filter bed wood which brings us through to the new estate and brings us out by the M6, at the motorway junction join the path that runs parallel to the motorway through to Bradwall. Turn left onto Brindley lane and then left on to Pillar box lane. At the end turn left then take the path on the right to Elworth. The path brings us out on Vicarage lane, follow it to the end then turn left into Middlewich road and right into Park lane. At the end turn right on Crewe road then left into Mill Hill lane, take the first path on the left into Hungerford place then right and right again into Coronation Crescent. Take the path on your right through Coronation wood joining onto Brook wood which brings us out at the roundabout by Waitrose, cross over and head down into St Mary’s Dell and then finally back up Sandbach High street.
