This is where Run Adventurer started, back in August 2020.
From Nettleford Wood you climb to the top of Old Pale for a stunning panoramic view across seven counties, then drop down to the main Delamere Forest car park near the station. The route then winds through the forest, past the Gruffalo, and back. A little over six and a half miles, about two and a half hours' walk.
