Walk/Run Nantwich
8 mile circular route around the beautiful countryside in Nantwich, Cheshire

Today’s run takes us to the beautiful market town of Nantwich in South Cheshire; a lovely old town on the river Weaver and close to the Shropshire Union Canal, Llangollen Canal and surrounded by footpaths across open farm land.

The Route

Today’s route starts and finishes on Nantwich High street. We head out of town along the river Weaver on the Nantwich Riverside Loop to Nantwich lake before heading across the fields to Hack Green, passing Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker  before joining the Shropshire Union Canal which brings us back to Nantwich.
