Why I Love Keto

My experience of low carb dieting. I adopted a Keto diet to relieve the symptoms of my high blood pressure as well as deal with obesity, acid reflux / gerd, elevated hba1c / pre diabetic, stiff joints, gout, hypoglycaemia and a tight chest after exercise.

 

I lost 24kg, dropped my blood pressure to normal, normalised my Hba1c, increased my good cholesterol (HDL) and lowered my Triglycerides while keeping my LDL the same and all my other symptoms have completely disappeared.
