5 Years of Run Adventurer | Sunrise Return to Old Pale, Delamere Forest

On 17th August 2020, I stood at the top of Old Pale in Delamere Forest, watched the sunrise, and shared my idea for Run Adventurer: to explore all the incredible places we can see from this viewpoint — Cheshire, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and Yorkshire — all right on our doorstep.

Five years later, I’m back where it all began. This anniversary run is a chance to reflect on the journey, revisit the mission, and appreciate the adventures (and challenges) along the way.

This video is also a quick update: after this, there will be a short break from YouTube uploads. Between redundancy, family loss, and most recently treatment for Lyme disease, I haven’t been able to create as much content as I’d like.
