This is the course of the Delamere Forest parkrun. I started from Yeld Lane car park in Kelsall, which adds a mile and a half warm-up and cool-down, but you can start from the main visitor centre near the start or from Barnsbridge car park.
It's undulating, so maybe not the place for a PB, but you couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting.
