Congleton ParkRun - 5K Park Run Course at Astbury Mere Country Park, Congleton, Cheshire

Today we are running the course of the 5K Park Run in Congleton Cheshire. The weekly Saturday more run takes place at Astbury Mere Country Park. Park at the visitors centre then head down to the mere and turn left until you reach a bench and a clump of trees on your left, this is the start line. Head anti clockwise around the mere completing three lap, the finish line is a little beyond the end of the third lap just where the path curves off to the left around the mere. 

The route is well surfaced and pretty flat ideal for a fast Parkrun time.
