GRGR21 DAY 3 - Tour guide | Sandbach Quarry (the new route)

So todays challenge for GRGR21 is to act as a local tour guide is I’m out running in my home town of Sandbach in Cheshire, starting from the Saxon Crosses I headed out for a lap of the quarry at Sandbach Heath. I’ve filmed this before but have refilmed the loop part today as the path has been rerouted.

Along the way we pass the Saxon Crosses on the Cobbles, Wetherspoons and the Old Hall Hotel before heading across the fields to tall chimneys and on to Reynolds lane.

The new route is 1.3 miles longer (8.3 miles), of course you can park by the church at sandbach heath and just do the loop part which is now about 3.5 miles.
