GRGR21 Day 5 - Tri-Day Friday | Run | Apple Fitness Workout | Walk to and Drink at Wetherspoons

So it’s Friday and day 5 of GRGR21. Todays challenge is to complete three activities today, anything you like as long as one of them is a run/walk/hike.

 

I started with a run. Starting in my hometown of Sandbach, Cheshire I ran through the woods down to the canal and up to Malkins Bank. I then headed back over the fields past Tall Chimneys.

 

Next I did an Apple Fitness Core Strength Training Workout, I fell over and damaged my shoulder on the last Ginger Runner event (Gingermas 2020) so it was just a short session with a light weight.

Next and just for fun, I walked to my local Wetherspoons pub, The George Inn in Sandbach and raised a glass and reflect on GRGR21 so far:

Day 1 – New to You Challenge : I ran around Wigg Island, Runcorn

Day 2 – 2 Hours of Vert Challenge : I ran hill repeats up Old Pale, Delamere Forest

Day 3 – Tour Guide Challenge: I took everyone for a run around Sandbach and over to the Sand Quarry

Day 4 – Photo Challenge: I headed up to Mow Cop for a run and took lots of pictures

Day 5 – Tri-day Friday : Today, what a lot of fun..
