Returning to running after long term illness - My experience & a week of training

Being unable to run for a long period of time is hard, all your hard won gains are lost. Suffering with some serious ailment can leave you feeling you are old and you are never going to get better. Well I’m here today to tell you not to give up. You need to be patient and work out a way to work with your new circumstances to claw your way back to some sort of level of fitness.
