Episode 6: First 6 months of weight training WHAT DID I LEARN? (As a decrepit bloke in his 50's)

So I’ve reached the 6 month point in my weight training journey.  My aim has been to explain the benefits of doing some weight training as an older person, not to become super strong or muscular but just to regain some lost muscle mass so I can remain fit and active into my advancing years. 

 

In todays video we talk through what I did and why and discuss what the process felt like and mistakes I make. My real hope is that just a few people having watched this video give it a go, I really think a little bit of strength training could help many many people.
