Join me for an explore in and around Market Drayton in Shropshire. Nice place for a walk around, a meeting of the ways there has been a market here since the 13th century. We have a run down the Shropshire Union Canal or the Shroppie as it’s affectionally called looping around and through the town, drawn by invisible tendrils of desire to Wetherspoons of course. The route is 4.25 miles and I did it on a stunning November morning when all the autumn colours were at their peak.
