Occasionally there’s a week were I need to rest and recover and so I’m not out run adventuring, todays video falls on one of those weeks. And so just for a bit of fun really we have a taste of local life in my home town of Sandbach, Cheshire, UK.
I head out for a short local run to earn a couple of beer miles on some local paths finishing at the crosses on the cobbles as the church bell strikes 8am on a Saturday morning in November. Then I head to Wetherspoons to taste the beers currently on offer and answer that important question, what’s the best ale at Wetherspoons Winter 2022? Just a bit of fun, I hope you enjoy it.
Rode Heath Via Love Lane – 9 Mile Circular route from Sandbach
Over the fields to Love Lane at Betchton, picking up the South Cheshire Way over to Rode Heath then picking up the Trent and Mersey Canal
Wheelock Loop – 7.5 mile circular route from Sandbach
7.5 mile route with a 3.5 mile Wheelock loop from Wheelock Services on the Canal, mostly over fields in the Cheshire countryside
